I'm super easy and flexible to work with. After hundreds of weddings, I've learned that stuff happens and you have to adapt on the fly and stay calm. I tend to lean towards candid ninja, with a bit of directing when needed. I am fun and social with your guests and usually have a whole bag dedicated to snacks should you ever need while we are off shooting romantic portraits in the woods :)

Oh, I am tiny, but I can have a loud (polite) commanding voice when needed to herd everyone during family photos so we can get everyone off to cocktail hour.

I get just as excited over the menu as you do, and you may catch me dancing with camera in hand for some up close dancefloor shots, of course.

From here I'd love to connect! It's best to fill out the form below so that I have your event info beforehand. From there we usually exchange an email or jump on a call and work out the details and make any adjustments, if needed.

If everything is good and you're ready to move forward, I send out the booking link with the contract, invoice, and questionnaire.

Then, not much happens until it gets a little closer and we finalize timelines and shot lists.

Call time/arrival is 30-60 minutes ahead of our scheduled start to check-in, say hi, location scout, and get setup, so that we are starting on time.

Pre-ceremony is usually pretty easy, you all get ready and the focus is on candids and details (dresses, sentimental items, florals, etc...)

First Look is optional, it is recommended if you want to save time on photos later.

Next, it's details of the ceremony site, guests arriving, and lots of hugs! The main focus is always on people and connection.

Post-ceremony, it typically goes into some quick group shots and couples photos, before heading off to cocktail hour and the reception.

From there, it's all about what you have planned for the reception. All the dances and cake cutting is covered and about 20 minutes into open dancing. From there it's usually people getting drunker or the same people on the dancefloor, so it's a great time to wrap!

Sneak peek takes a day or two (depending on our shoot/travel), the rest of the gallery takes about a month (up to 45 days during peak season)

Shorter events like elopements and parties will be closer to 2-3 weeks for the final gallery.

I do not guarantee an exact amount of images, but what I've noticed is I end up with about 50+ final images per hour.

If you need them back by a set date, please leave that info on the contact form.

These retouched images will be delivered via online gallery where you can also order prints and products directly.

I'll provide you with a client access password so you can mark any private before sending the gallery out to your family.

After you've received your full gallery, you'll create a favorites list of images to include. An album proof will be designed in about 7-10 business days and submitted for approval.
