VIP Wedding Vendor Weekend
The Lodge at Two Moons opened its arms to an incredible group of vendors for a special VIP retreat — a weekend designed to bring our creative community together, let everyone experience the magic of the property firsthand, and celebrate the partnerships that make what we do so special.
With a handpicked group of collaborators and their families, we spent the weekend living, laughing, and soaking in the beauty of the lodge and surrounding landscape. From cozy fireside s’mores to gourmet meals, every moment was curated with love — and we couldn’t be more grateful.
The Experience
Guests arrived to a warm welcome and were quickly immersed in everything The Lodge at Two Moons has to offer. We shared spaces, stories, and sunset views, and gave our vendors a true taste of what our couples experience on their special weekends here.
On Friday and Saturday, we were serenaded by the soulful voice of Natalie Haskin (@lovelyladysongbird), who came all the way from Dublin, Ireland to fill the air with magic. Her live music set the perfect tone for evenings under the stars.
Saturday brought adventure with an off-site group hike, giving everyone a chance to unwind and connect outside of work. At night, the fire pits became gathering places — where conversations deepened, families bonded, and gooey s’mores became the unofficial snack of the weekend.

- Glamping: Atlas Tent Co (@atlastentco) set up our master tent, bunkhouse, and hangout spaces — the perfect luxe touch for a weekend in nature.
- Catering: Southern Hospitality (@southern_hospitality_company) served up mouthwatering food that left everyone full and happy.
